Who We Are

We are a nonprofit nonpartisan charitable organization!

Brother’s For Life Inc is an innovative, vital, and cutting edge 501(c) (3) non-profit charitable organization that exists to increase civic engagements and civic participation in the underserved BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) population of King County, as well as those in the low income marginalized community, those who are suffering from the economically strangle holds of systemic racism in the greater Seattle area and beyond. The Brother’s For Life Inc. is exclusive men’s organization and one the leading civic organizations, formulated to address responsibilities, education, fatherhood, cooperative conduct, and promote examples that define African American manhood and strive to create an enlightened community by engaging people in all aspects of public life through service/volunteerism, advocacy, leadership development and voting.

The Brother’s For Life organization was founded on September 15th 2020 in light of the ongoing protests over the killing of George Floyd and is a response to the abuse of power and systemic racism that people of color face in the United States of America.

BIPOC community & civic engagement organizations

The Brother’s For Life Organization promotes men's health, wellness and boy’s issues. To deal with multiple structural and systemic health and social inequities as a direct consequence of racism and discrimination. The Brother’s For Life Organization does grassroots organizing and issue education that not only produces enlightenment but promotes participation in the efforts necessary to bring about the changes that are sought! Organizing around important issues must take on a classroom like setting in order to educate the BIPOC community of relevance and heuristically define their roles! As well as the importance to now and future generations! Brother’s For Life Organization takes on Social engagements that promote positive interactions. Positive social interactions are interactions that take place between peers that are positive in nature and successful for both young adults involved.

These peer interactions are important because they lead to positive social and emotional development in young adults! The Brother’s For Life organization stands for creating the developments of equal and fair opportunities for people of color and believes in becoming the one the best civic engagement organizations among black community. Not just to succeed, but to thrive! Brother’s For Life Organization believes that we as a society must make a collective effort to strengthen the investments in the BIPOC communities towards creating real equality in our society based on lasting mutual relationships of trust!

Black civic engagement Community members and African American philanthropists

The Brother’s For Life Organization will over a period of time have a national membership of organizations representing a diverse constituency base including civil rights, labor, and business organizations; women’s organizations, fraternities and sororities; men, youth, educators, faith leaders, public policy makers, researchers and others. The Brother’s For Life Organization will adopt a year-round civic engagement program structure and will establish a state-base of affiliates and networks to maximize its ability to increase Black civic engagement and voter participation on a year-round basis. Community members and African American philanthropists take on a more active role because they recognize they have a stake in their communities to determine how the community interacts with each other and to determine its direction! This responsibility driven direction will help reduce violence, drugs, and outside intruders who wish to do the community harm!

Community members become community activists who mobilize community security and thus make our communities safer, more relaxing and will be more conducive to promote the education, and well-being of our children. Giving them a better opportunity at success.
